• Health information: the answers you provide in the free gut health assessment.
• Technical information: IP address, approximate location and device information, used for security and fraud prevention.

• To generate your personalised gut health assessment summary.
• To allow the consulting doctor to review your symptoms before a consultation.
• To contact you about your assessment, consultation booking or order.
• To process and deliver orders, and to provide customer support.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal or health information. Information is shared only with the consulting doctor, our delivery partners (address and phone number only, for shipment), payment gateway providers (for processing payments) and service providers who host our platform, all bound to protect your data.

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TummyDoc does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on its servers.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We retain consultation and order records for as long as required to provide the service and to comply with applicable law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
