Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
• To cancel, call +91 92702 36448 or email tummydoc787@gmail.com with your order ID.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery instead.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a small booking amount is collected in advance to confirm the order and reduce fake bookings. This booking amount is adjusted against the total order value and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or if delivery is refused without a valid reason. It is fully refunded if TummyDoc cancels the order or is unable to deliver to your location.

• Report any damaged, defective, expired or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order ID along with photographs of the product and the outer packaging.
• After verification we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, as you prefer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, health and wellness products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

A consultation fee is refundable in full if the consultation is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time, or if the consultation could not be conducted due to a reason attributable to TummyDoc. Fees for completed consultations are not refundable.

• Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval.
• Amounts reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
• Refunds are always credited to the original payment method; we do not refund to a different account.
