TummyDoc is an online digestive health consultation platform. Consultations are provided by Dr. Sameer Kokulwar (M.B.B.S.), Medical Registration No. 2025/04/01992.

• The free gut health assessment is an educational screening tool, not a medical diagnosis.
• Its purpose is to organise your symptoms and lifestyle information ahead of a consultation.
• Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions are made only after evaluation by a qualified doctor.

• You must be 18 years or older to use the service, or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate symptom, contact and delivery information.
• Incorrect information may affect the guidance you receive and the delivery of your order.

• Online consultations are conducted by video or phone during published consultation hours.
• Online consultation has inherent limitations; the doctor may advise an in-person examination or investigations where required.
• Medicines are prescribed only when medically appropriate.
• TummyDoc does not provide emergency medical care.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• For Cash on Delivery, a non-refundable booking amount is collected at the time of order to confirm it; the balance is collected at delivery.
• We may cancel an order where the address is unreachable, payment fails verification, or the order appears fraudulent.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days across India.

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or submit false information.
• Content on this website is owned by TummyDoc and may not be copied for commercial use.

To the extent permitted by law, TummyDoc's liability in connection with any order or consultation is limited to the amount paid by you for that order or consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
